I thought it would be useful to have a Q&A thread for peeps to ask how to do something or recommend a new feature they have just spotted etc.

I don't think that I'm duplicating a thread here but please point me in the right direction and delete this if I am.

my question.

How is the quickest way to get into the squad room?
At the moment I have to open the home page, click on forum, scroll half way down and click on the little Charlie Squad link under squads. There has to be an easier way that I'm missing.

Does the user CP exist as it did on the old version? selecting my favourite threads was easy from there.

ahh, just answered both my questions. click 'settings' on the top RHS. It's the old user CP and has my thread subscriptions listed, including the squad page :D

Boomer accessing Charlie room is pretty much the same apart from 1 extra click.

why don't you set a bookmark for your squad room

we'll look at puttng a tab on nav bar with a link to squad rooms.

Is it possible to embed you tube vids, like before you posted a link and the vid just appeared in the thread your posting in. Also is it poss to post vids as above in a blog??

should HTML text formatting work on the forum? I would like to use strikethrough but the preview post shows me that it doesn't resolve the wrapper.
